Veterinary Office Skills and Procedures

Course Information

This course will cover the adminstrative and clerical procedures involved in a veterinary medical practice, including effective communication skills, telephone skills, body language, conflict management and working in a team oriented, professional environment. This course will stress the importance of proper preparation of medical records, filing methods, appropriate paperwork, message taking, collection of information, and maintaining a professional manner.
